Charger Pin Loader - 1702

The Challenge

Build an automated pin feeding mechanism for EOAT of cartesian robot which inserts the charger pins into injection moulding machine.

The Solution

Built a charger pin loading machine which can load 8 charger pins every 10 seconds into the EOAT for cartesian robot arm. We researched and custom built the machine to suit the customers requirements. We deployed 11 successful machines at customers production site.
